Saksham Leekha
Managing Director
aged 34 years, is the Promoter and Managing Director of our company. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Technology (Computer Science and Engineering), from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. He has been associated as an executive director with our company since its inception and was re-designated as Managing Director with effect from May 22, 2024. He has been directly involved in managing all operations across our four units. He has interest in robotics and automations. He handles the responsibility of looking after new product development, infusion and upgradation of technology in operations and production process of our Company.
Ashwani Leekha
Executive Director
aged 57 years, is the Promoter and Executive director of our company since its inception. He has been associated with since its inception. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University. He has an experience of more than 35 years in the field of precision engineering and plant operations and is overseeing plant operations and process improvements at our Company.
Sanjeev Verma
Executive Director
aged 66 years, is the Executive Director of our company. He has been associated with our company w.e.f. March 17, 2017. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Delhi University. He has 35 years of experience in bright bar manufacturing and marketing. He heads the expansion in Chennai and the development of the South India market for our group company Omega Bright Steel Private Limited. He is a part of the Anglian Omega Group, a 50-year-old steel, cold forging, stamping, machining and casting manufacturing powerhouse from India having pan India presence and representation in the EU and North America.
Asha Narang
Non-Executive Director
aged 79 years, is the Promoter, Non-Executive Director and Chairperson of our company with effect from April 10, 2024. She has been associated with our company since its inception. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pramila College, Delhi, in the year 1965. She has been part of the Anglian Omega Group for the last 50 years and has extensive experience in the Steel & Auto Components industry. She is Director of Omega Bright Steel Private Limited since 1970.
Professional in building and managing operational functions, including project management, legal, human resources, finances, marketing and process improvements, with strategic marketing and trade. Expertise in domain of Sales & Marketing, Key Account Manager for Global & Domestic OEMs, Business Planning, Business Development and acquisition, Program Management, MR & Strategic consulting, Green Field project and development. Working with the Anglian Omega Group since July 2019 in strategic sales, marketing and growth initiatives. He has an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Liverpool John Moores University, along with postgraduate degrees from IMT Ghaziabad and Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
